Human Resources management (Talent Acquisition, General Affairs, Learning & Development) reporting to Director of Human Resources.
Seeking a player/manager overseeing comprehensive human resources management areas including:
・Operations and Planning
・Employee Relations
・Talent Acquisition
・Performance Management
Requirements:
・5+years experience in human resources and/or management experience
・Strong communication/organizational/leadership/interpersonal skills
・Business level language skill in Japanese and English
