A major Island Beach Resort Hotel Operator is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to comprehensively oversee operations for the complex, after recent renovations.
The F&B operations include several restaurants, bars, cafes, room service, etc.
Requirements:
Previous experience in managing a large scale F&B operations for a hotel or restaurant, including management of personnel, controlling revenue/costs, marketing, and overall operations.
